Judicial Exposition
Judicial Exposition is an independent legal publishing project devoted to subject-wise digests of judicial decisions. Each volume examines the decisions of an individual judge within a defined field of law and period, organised through indexes, headnotes, case notes and case references.
The first volume concerns service law. Further volumes in criminal, civil and other fields will be introduced as they are completed and published.
Purpose and research approach
The purpose is to help readers locate relevant decisions while keeping legal propositions connected to their source. A reader can begin with an issue, identify the case material and consult the underlying judgment.
Each publication states its subject, judicial source, coverage period, compiler or editor, and edition details. Its indexes and references are intended to support professional research and academic study.
The first publication
Judicial Exposition of Service Law brings together service-law decisions delivered by Hon’ble Justice Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia of the Madhya Pradesh High Court during 2017–2025. Its publication page describes the subjects covered, research structure and available reading formats.
